Artist / Believer / Creator

Hey there! My name is Rhiannon and I am an oil painter passionate about capturing life's beauty. While my heart beats for portraiture, my artistic journey is woven with various hues and forms—I love exploring the vast canvas of artistry including photography!

About My Craft:

With each stroke of the brush, I strive to breathe life into my subjects, whether it's a commissioned portrait that tells a story or an exploration of diverse themes through different artistic avenues. While portraiture is my specialty, I enjoy dabbling in various artistic genres, colors, and techniques. My canvas is a playground where imagination meets the subtleties of the human form.

Beyond the Canvas:

In addition to painting, I also venture into the world of photography, finding inspiration in the interplay of light, shadow, and the nuances of visual storytelling. My lens captures moments that evoke emotion, adding another dimension to my artistic repertoire. In addition to photography, I also enjoy learning American Sign Language, doing bible studies, and spending time with my dog, Milo.

How I got into art

I have loved art for as long as I can remember. I was four years old when I discovered Crayola paint tubs and started my finger-painting creations. I was not offered an art class until I got to high school, but I took the first opportunity that came to me. Upon graduation, I attended Texas Christian University where I am currently majoring in Studio Art.
